WHERE DID THIS IDEA ORIGINATE?
We are Nomadés, a sterling silver military jewelry brand that began with an idea shared between Marine Corps Spouses and sketched out on a napkin many years ago.
Since then, we have been on an amazing adventure, creating jewelry, charms and gifts that celebrate life's moments for our customers around the world. From the desert sands of Central Asia to the sunny Pacific Ocean, our charms have been a part of new beginnings, promises of service, and farewells.

DO YOU ONLY CREATE MILITARY JEWELRY?
No, at Nomadés we celebrate all women's stories and events. We have a wide selection of charms the reflect everyday events in many women's lives as well as charms commemorating travel.
WHERE ARE NOMADÉS CHARMS MADE?
Our exclusive sterling silver military charms are proudly designed and crafted in the USA, with each enameled piece meticulously hand-painted by military spouses—adding a personal touch that honors both service and sacrifice. While the majority of our components are domestically produced, we do source a select number of spacers from trusted partners overseas to ensure the highest quality and variety for our collections.
HOW ARE YOUR VERMEIL CHARMS MADE?
Our vermeil charms begin with a solid base of sterling silver, offering both quality and durability. They're then luxuriously coated
with a thick layer of 14K gold using an advanced electroplating process. This
technique ensures a rich finish that’s both radiant and long-lasting—giving
each charm a touch of elegance while honoring service and strength.

HOW DO I SIZE MY BRACELET?
The standard size bracelet size is approximately 7.5 inches.
You can scale up or down by .5 for most of our bracelets to fit your wrist.
If you’re not quite sure of your exact size, wrap a tape
measure tightly around the wrist you plan to wear your Nomadés bracelet on, and
add one inch. Size up by one if you like your jewelry loose.
Bangles are one size fits all and have flexibility.
DO YOUR CHARMS FIT OTHER CHARM BRACELETS?
Yes—they're designed to fit most popular slide-on bracelet
styles, including those with a 3mm diameter. Whether you're adding them to an existing collection or starting something new, our charms slide on smoothly and
securely for effortless styling. There are a limited few that do not fit other bracelet systems.

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK?

Orders typically ship from our Colorado location within 2-3 business
days. However, during busy seasons, it may take us a bit longer to get your
order shipped.
Orders of more than $100 receive free First-Class Shipping
in the U.S.
You have the option of choosing USPS Express at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 30-day free return policy.
In the unlikely event that you’re not 100%
satisfied, products will be accepted for exchange, credit or refund (excluding
all shipping charges) if returned unworn.
