We LOVE creating chapters for your story. This survey helps us analyze our customer base and prioritize the most wanted charms.  It also helps us to create a list of customers who want to be notified when their charms will be released or get on a waitlist for a specific charm.  Please remember that it takes an average of 2-3 months  from the design phase to the release of a charm.  That timeline can be greatly affected by failure, finishing and foundry availability. We typically do charms by quarters of the year and do not guarantee priority of a charm unless it is a privately contracted for design.  Thanks for your help and we look forward to all your great ideas!
