NB Kitsap

Situated on the Kitsap Peninsula of Washington state, Naval Base Kitsap serves as the home base for the Navy’s fleet stationed in West Puget Sound. Established in 2004 when Naval Station Bremerton merged with Naval Submarine Base Bangor, Kitsap supports both Nimitz-class aircraft carriers and nuclear submarines. Puget Sound is also home to a resident community of Orca whales. Comprising several pods affectionately known as the “Southern Residents”, these Orca are frequently seen dining on the salmon and other marine fish found in the local waters. Our charm is a .925 sterling silver orca with white enamel accents and “NB Kitsap WA” inscribed on the back.
