Meat Lovers Breakfast Casserole

This recipe is good for breakfast, but even better when you are cooking breakfast for dinner. 


1 TBSP butter

1 Medium Onion diced

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1 Pound Pork Sausage

10 Whole Eggs

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Cup Parmesan shredded

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper



1.You are going to want to preheat that oven to 350 degrees.

2. Next melt your butter over medium heat. Saute the onion and garlic together for about 5-6 minutes.

3. Remove the sausage from packing or casing and add to same pan as onion/garlic. Break up to smaller pieces while browning all sides evenly. It will take about 8 minutes or so. 

4. While the sausage browns, whisk those 10 eggs in a large bowl. Mix in cheeses and remaining seasonings. 

5. Transfer meat mixture to an 8X8 inch baking dish spreading into single layer on bottom.

6. Slowly pour egg mixture over meat, making sure it covers all the meat. 

7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the eggs are set. Let rest for 5 minutes, before cutting into it. (You will thank me later)
