Infantry - The crossed muskets insignia has been used to represent the U.S. Infantry since first introduced to the Army in 1875. The current version, using the 1795 Springfield Arsenal musket, was adopted in 1924 and has become the standard symbol representing U.S. Infantry units nationwide. Our Infantry charm is a .925 sterling silver set of crossed muskets with “INFANTRY” inscribed on a banner across the top.
