1. What are the charms made of?
Each charm is made of 925 grade of silver, in the United States.
2. Can special order charms or specific unit charms be made?
YES! We can have a charm designed just for your military group. Examples are logos for wives' clubs or an aircraft that represents a unit. Special order quantities and fees may be applicable.
3. What do I do if I have a special request or question?
Any special requests or questions can be addressed by sending an email to info@nomadescollection.com.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
These charms are custom charms that are not mass produced. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Any custom engraving can add up to 10 days.
5. What if I want to see the charms in person, where do I go?
Contact your local consultant to view the charms and all Nomadés products. If there isn't a consultant in your area please email info@nomadescollection.com and let us know and we will assist you.
6. What do I do if I receive a defective/broken charm?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us, and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
7. What if my bracelet doesn't fit?
Contact your Nomadés consultant and she will assist you with all returns and exchanges. If you do not have a consultant please email us.
8. Will all military branches have charms?
Yes, all military branches do have charms. Watch and bookmark our website to keep up with all the new charms coming out!
9. Do you do special showings for groups or events?
Yes, arrangements can be made, please contact us for special groups or if you are interested in Hosting a Charming Event.
10. Can I make a charm suggestion?
YES YES YES, we love all suggestions! Please send us any suggestions for new charms.
11. Do you have fund raising opportunities?
Yes we can work with your group or unit to do a fundraiser. Please contact us!
12. Which charms are engravable?
If a charm is engravable it will state the engraving parameters in the charm description. Additionally, there will be a space and directions on the charm description page on how to add the engraving to the charm.
14. Can I ship to another address?
Yes, there will be a separate charge for shipping when ordering to ship to another address.
15. How can I become a Nomadés sales consultant?

16. How do I determine the proper bracelet size?
Take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist. Measure the distance around in inches. Add ¼ inch to that size if you will be having larger spacers. This will determine your bracelet size. If there is a consultant in your area, that consultant can also fit you with the appropriate size.
17. How do I clean my bracelet?
Each bracelet and charm is made of sterling silver. Sterling silver will tarnish over time. We recommend you use a polishing cloth specifically made for sterling silver. Do not use liquid silver polish or other chemicals to clean the bracelet. On our accessories page, we do sell an inexpensive cloth.
Do not wear your Nomadés bracelet in the shower, hot tubs, sauna, pool, or in the ocean. Chemicals found in these environments can accelerate the tarnishing process.
Lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, soaps, household cleaners and make-up may also affect the finish of your bracelet. Warm water with a little mild soap can be used to clean off removable dirt from your Nomadés bracelet. Make sure you rinse the bracelet thoroughly with warm water to remove soap.
18. How do I return my bracelet if I am dissatisfied?
We at Nomadés take pride in our products and would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact your Nomadés consultant and let her know why. All situations will be taken in on a case by case basis, and we will work with you to try and remedy the situation. If we are unable to resolve the situation, there will be a 15% of the retail price of the item purchased restocking fee and the return must be completed within 10 days of receipt.
